Welcome to the ski center’s online store! You can buy the ski lift ticket in advance. The ticket is activated on the day and time you first use it at Serena’s ski lift gate. Before buying, please read the instructions, rules and the operating hours of the ski resort on our website https://serena.fi/en/ and the delivery terms of the online store.

Magic carpet lift ticket entitles you to use the magic carpet lift, the platter lift, and the rope tow. All other ski lift tickets entitle the use of all ski lifts. Opened ski lifts and slopes are listed on our website.

NOTE! You need an existing smart card to buy a ticket from the online store. Serena Ski uses the AXESS ticketing system. Therefore Serena Ski strongly recommends using an AXESS smart card to ensure compatibility and smooth transaction. Even though most SKIDATA cards can be used to load the ticket in the online store, you still migh need to activate it in the rental office before using it in the ski lifts. If you do not have an AXESS card, you can get one from Serena’s ski rental office. After that, you can buy your tickets in the online store and save! You can have only one Serena ticket at a time on one card, but you can also load tickets from other ski centers to the same smart card at the same time. The Serena ticket will not erase any other ski center tickets/season passes on your card. The season passes are available here.
